You don’t have to be the person that comes in, and always has the great ideas, the best implementation or the most elegant code.
Learning those skills takes time and possess.
If you try to walk in the office and try to be this awesome person, you’re not
very true to yourself and I don’t think you are taking care to build your team,
and your colleagues up around you.
It is very very OK, and it is very very human to be the person that has doubts, insecurities, and uncertainties.
It is OK to have moments where you don’t know what your path is, or what your next step is or how to solve that problem. All of those things are very very normal and very very OK.
